1. Overview of Services
Keystone Pathways provides professional life coaching services to adults (18+) who are recovering from illness, mental illness, addiction, or eating disorders. Coaching is delivered via Zoom and focuses on mindset, personal development, and recovery support.
Our services include:
• Free Consultation: One-time, 15-minute video call to assess fit (no coaching advice provided).
• One-Time Session: A 60-minute one-on-one coaching session for focused guidance.
• 4-Week Individual Coaching Series: One 60-minute session per week for four consecutive weeks.
• 6-Week Group Coaching Series: One weekly group session over six consecutive weeks (60–75 minutes).

2. Booking and Scheduling
• Sessions are booked in advance via keystone-pathways.com.
• Zoom access links will be provided prior to each session.
• Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time, with a stable internet connection and a private space.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• Missed group sessions are not eligible for makeup.

4. Termination of Services
By the Client:
• You may stop coaching at any time by sending a written notice.
• No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partial packages.
By Keystone Pathways:
We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at our discretion in cases of:
• Inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful behavior
• Repeated missed appointments
• A determination that coaching is no longer suitable
• Ethical concerns or boundary violations
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
• One-time sessions
• Packages (4-week or 6-week series)
• Missed or unused sessions
Unused sessions are non-transferable and expire at the end of the agreed time period.

6. Responsibility and Client Commitment
By participating in coaching services with Keystone Pathways, you acknowledge that:
• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results during and after coaching.
• Keystone Pathways does not guarantee outcomes, results, or specific progress.
• Coaching is a collaborative process, and the results depend on your personal commitment and engagement.
7. Consent and Acknowledgment
By purchasing or participating in coaching services, you confirm that:
• You are voluntarily entering into a coaching relationship.
• You understand coaching is not therapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for licensed mental health or medical care.
• You consent to participate fully and take full responsibility for how you use the information, tools, and strategies provided during coaching.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Keystone Pathways, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any decisions, actions, losses, or damages (emotional, financial, or otherwise) resulting from your participation in coaching.
• You understand and agree that you are participating at your own discretion and risk.
• You release Keystone Pathways from any liability related to your use or misuse of coaching content.
If you are experiencing mental health symptoms that require clinical care or crisis support, you agree to seek help from a licensed professional or emergency service.
9. Technology and Confidentiality
• All sessions are held via Zoom, using encrypted and password-protected links.
• While we take every precaution to maintain confidentiality, the security of internet-based communications cannot be guaranteed.
• Recordings are not made unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
10. Communication Outside of Sessions
• Communication between sessions is limited to email for scheduling and basic follow-up.
• Email support is not therapy or coaching and responses are typically provided within 48 hours during business days.
• Emergencies or crisis-related messages will not be monitored or responded to.
11. Agreement to Terms
By booking or participating in services provided by Keystone Pathways, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Services Policy, including the refund, liability, and consent provisions.
